Best Homoeopathic Remedies for Calcium Deficiency Diseases

Best Homoeopathic Remedies for Calcium Deficiency Diseases

Calcium is an extremely important mineral for normal body functions.

It is the single most important component for healthy bone formation and for improving bone strength and preventing bone loss.

Calcium is a natural mineral found plentiful in milk, but large populations around the world are lactose intolerant; lactose is a sugar compound found in milk which is not easily absorbed by many people because the small intestine does not produce sufficient quantities of an enzyme called lactase that is required to digest lactose.

Hence, other calcium supplements have to be introduced in the diet to fulfill the body's requirement. Natural remedies or treatment helps in better absorption of calcium from foods and supplements. These are: ? Dairy products like buttermilk, curd and paneer ? Green leafy vegetables like kale and spinach ? Honey and lemon juice with warm

Vitamin D helps in better calcium absorption - sunlight is a source of natural Vitamin D and exposure to sunlight every day makes bones strong and healthy. Certain sections of the population like women and children are particularly vulnerable to calcium deficiency and weak bones; most children develop lactose intolerance in childhood which is mostly never corrected and women through all ages, from 30 to menopause suffer various degrees of calcium deficiency through inadequate hormone function, childbirth

Calcium supplements are not only useful in strengthening bones but also helpful in healing and prevention of fractures as well as aching bones.

Homeopathic medicines cannot reverse bone loss but they aid in better balance of minerals and elements in the body and proper utilization of these. Some of the commonly used homeopathic remedies for calcium deficiency diseases are: ?

Calcarea Carbonica - helps people who tire easily due to exertion and who feel great amounts of stress ? Calcarea Phosphorica - for aching of bones in the upper back, hips and neck ? Phosphorus - for spine weakness and burning pain between shoulder blades ? blades ?

Silicea - for low resistance to infection, delicate appearance and general weakness in

What You Need To Know About Weight Loss Programs And Diets?

What You Need To Know About Weight Loss Programs And Diets?

Weight remains to be one of the most challenging topics with a good number of people looking for the best ways to lose weight and keep fit.

Considering how unhealthy and risky excessive weight can be, it is generally advisable to find ways to maintain your ideal weight to minimize the risks.

Unfortunately, there is too much confusion as to which programs, diets and programs are most effective when it comes to cutting weight. Finding out as much as possible about your weight loss options is the best guide to a program, a diet or a product that will work for you.

Here is what you need to know. 1. It is important to involve your doctor, nutritionist or dietician in your weight loss program to guide you through the best foods, exercises and help you monitor your progress.
Sometimes it is not enough to take up the program all by yourself because it is easy to lose focus. 2. When choosing a weight loss product, find out as much as you can about it first.

Consider every ingredient that has been used and how helpful it is going to be towards helping you lose the weight. Choose diet products that have clinical backing, money back guarantee and ingredients that are certified and regulated to be on the safe side. 3. Remember that just because a program, diet, or product worked for one of your friends, it does not guarantee that it will work for you.

The best thing you can do is let a professional guide you into the best program most suitable for you and the best products that will help you attain your desired weight. Weight loss objectives vary from one person to another and bodies react differently as well. Focus on your program and give it your best even though it takes time to generate the desired results. 4. No single program will deliver overnight results for you.

For this reason, enter into your weight loss program with an open mind and set realistic goals to keep disappointments at bay. Be prepared that it could take longer to achieve desired weight when following a healthy exercise and diet regime. 5. There are so many fad diets and ineffective products in the market.
Some contain ingredients that do little or nothing to help your weight loss. Take the time to carefully examine what you are about to get yourself into before investing in it. You can use reviews to determine the potential that the program or product has for you. 6. Sometimes eating healthy is not enough. You might need to incorporate a few lifestyle changes and exercises into your weight loss program to enjoy successful results.

The secret is to come up with a plan that you can keep up with every single day. 7. Some weight loss programs do not work very well with some medical conditions or medications. This is why it is extremely important to involve your doctor and a weight loss professional to help you make the right choices without compromising your health.

All About Odd Object Training - Construct Your Own Gear!

All About Odd Object Training - Construct Your Own Gear!

Odd object training - generally - involves exercise using heavy 'found objects' or implements that you can modify for strength training.

Many odd objects such as Atlas stones have been traditionally used as part of strongman training.

This type of exercise is nothing new, but it has been coming back into favor recently. An odd object is a non-rigid implement with a center of mass that is not fixed. In conventional strength training, the pattern of movement is fixed, whereas the load given by odd objects will cause adjustments during the movement. Some label this style of training 'real world training', and odd objects certainly have benefits, including versatility, portability, and simplicity.

The only limit is your own creativity, as well! Odd object training used to be done because there were no other options - people either had no access to special equipment, or it simply had not been invented yet. Many old school strongmen also became very well known for using rather heavy odd or awkward objects. Such objects include kegs, anvils, Atlas stones, medicine balls, and sandbags. In this modern era, with all of the scientifically designed equipment and training routines that we can get access to, we can still benefit from odd object training.

An increasingly popular philosophy of training - Dinosaur Training - promotes returning to the exercises and training of strongmen. I have personally found that working with odd objects and the exercises I have discovered for them have helped with coordination, wrist and forearm strength, and more. Next, I recommend some odd objects and other implements that I prefer to use, as well as alternative methodologies. I realize that this is far from a comprehensive treatment on the subject. Equipment List Old car tires Have a partner hold the tire so that you can practice body blows on it. Make sure to wear MMA or boxing gloves (or similar hand protection). You can also practice front kicks and roundhouse kicks. You can also modify a martial arts striking dummy or makiwara board by adding a car tire to it. 'The Art of Hojo Undo' illustrates a few ideas.

Alternative idea - if you can acquire a used truck / tractor tire and a sledgehammer, there are many drills you can use. Cinder blocks Curls, presses, plank variations, wide squats, calf raises, lunges, shrugs, single arm rows, swings, farmer's walk, step-ups, and more! For squats, you can also practice assisted one leg squats - step 9 in the squat progression of Convict Conditioning. Instead of using a basketball or similar object, you will use the cinder block for support as you squat down and 'find' the block with your hand. For calf raises, you can practice them standing on the cinder block.

You will stand with on the balls of the feet on the edge of the block and lower your heels slowly, with control. Make sure you have a sturdy chair or other piece of furniture, a training partner, or a wall nearby to maintain a safe level of balance. Check out the second Convict Conditioning book for the calf raise progression. Where to find used tires and cinder blocks? Many times, auto repair shops will have plenty of old tires lying around they are happy to get rid of. If you're looking for cinder blocks, try the Freecycle Network or ask friends or local businesses.

Abandoned buildings will often have old materials lying around, but investigating such buildings can involve legal and safety issues, so exercise discretion. Rice Bucket There are wrist strengthening exercises that you can work using a bucket full of rice. Such exercises are common in baseball and physical therapy. Heavy Bag Any boxing, MMA, or similar heavy bag, or a heavy bag of your own construction. You can use different materials to both make the bag and fill it to your desired weight. Keep in mind that if you want your own constructed bag to be useful for martial arts practice, that the contents of the bag are not so hard that they do not allow any 'give' or cushion when you strike it. A heavy bag can be suspended by rope or chains.

I would recommend visiting a sporting goods store or asking a local boxing, karate or similar instructor for advice on how to hang up bags. The book 'The Art of Hojo Undo' has a section titled 'Other Tools and Methods', which lists small heavy bag. The use that the book lists is as follows - 'Swinging a bag or ball filled with cement and allowing it to land on various parts of the body, conditions the mind and body to the effects of impact.' There are many exercises you can practice with heavy bags. These include, but are not limited to, slams, squats, and fireman's carry.

Rope Climbing and Towels for Hang Grip Work These make great additions to any grip or pullup training. Rope climbing is common in military style workouts. Like many odd object training methods, rope climbing and towel hangs build strength in the hands, wrists, forearms, tendons, and ligaments. Overcoming Gravity, a book I recommended earlier, recommends the use of a towel in its one arm pullup training progression. Also, the second Convict Conditioning book has a progression for hang grip work that includes the use of towels.

The two progressions supplement one another very well. Sandbag training Sandbags can normally be purchased at a hardware store for a few dollars each, and commonly weight 40 to 45 pounds - making them very cheap lifting implements! You can do almost any type of lift with them, and the fact that the sand shifts around forces you to stabilize the bags, giving you a harder workout.

Sandbag training is very useful for firefighters and combat athletes, such as cage fighters and wrestlers. I have personally put sandbags into a duffel bag, which you can normally pick up for $15 or so at an army surplus. Some other ideas for strength training without special equipment Car pushing, chopping wood, using monkey bars or rafters for pullups and various gymnastics exercises, using chairs or picnic tables for 'chair dips' and decline pushups.

The staples that frequently appear at strongman competitions include the following, a number of which use odd objects - Atlas Stones Axle Press Car Flip Deadlift Dumbbell Press Fingal's Finger Frame Carry Keg Toss The clock Deadlift hold Hercules hold Vehicle pull Log Clean and Press Squat Tire Flip Yoke Log press Farmers Carry Husafell Stone Sand Bag Carry Power stairs (Source - Wikipedia entry for Strongman (strength athlete) Hojo Undo / martial arts tools

This is hardly a comprehensive list of implements that martial artists use. Lifting Tools of Hojo Undo that I personally use. Chi ishi - weighted levers or 'strength stones'. A 'chi ishi' is basically a wooden pole with a concrete weights attached. Makiage kigu - wrist roller. Traditionally, a wooden handle is used, with a weight hanging from it via a length of rope. I personally purchased a modern wrist roller, but the use is the same.

Tan - it is like a modern barbell, and made from a wood post that has concrete weights on each end. I use a steel barbell for the exercises recommended in 'The Art of Hojo Undo.' It is also a good idea to train bojutsu (staff technique) movements with a barbell that is light enough for you to use. Impact Tools of Hojo Undo that I personally use.

Jari Bako - A bowl or bucket filled with sand, smooth stones, marbles, or even rice or beans. It is used by striking your fingers into it, in order to condition your fingers and fingertips. Makiwara - a padded striking post traditionally used in some karate styles. 'Tapping sticks' - almost any piece of wood can be held and used to tap various parts of your body to build a familiarity with getting hit.

The point is not to hit yourself as hard as possible, but to slowly build up a tolerance to light striking. I personally use a shinai - a bamboo practice sword used for kendo practice. This kind of tool can be safely used to strike yourself or your training partner moderately hard to the muscles of the legs, arms, and core, but proper cautions must be used. Alternatives - there are striking bags available for sale that can be filled with dried beans or shot, which can help condition your striking tools. Wall punch pads can also be made or purchased.

You can also use thick phone books wrapped up with duct tape as an alternative to makiwara boards. Also, there are plenty of 'ude tanren', or methods of forearm conditioning. This generally consists of partner blocking drills that can be used to toughen up the arms as well as help with reflexes.

Getting Healthy: If at First You Don't Succeed, Try, Try Again

Getting Healthy: If at First You Don't Succeed, Try, Try Again

The problem-solving techniques we may use for other areas of life including work, school, parenting, and business can often fall short when it comes to feeling better in health.

For example, you may hear that gluten elimination definitely helps solve fatigue, but when you try it, you're still tired. Or maybe you hear that a specific treatment helps resolve acne, but that doesn't happen in your particular case.

At a certain point, it can become tempting to give up. It's helpful to recognize that when it comes to health, if at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Keeping an open mind about your body's unique process of healing can be more helpful in the long-run than seeking an instant and magical cure, whether it be a lifestyle modification, natural supplement, or pharmaceutical drug. Health is inherently a journey, involving ups, downs, and plateaus along the way.

When any treatment is prioritized ahead of who you are as a living breathing individual, and what you're going through, it has less chance to take hold no matter what it is. Next time you feel like throwing in the towel when your health efforts don't work, keep in mind these points: 1) Symptoms sometimes get worse before they get better. The body has its own equilibrium no matter what state of health you're in, and it's called "homeostasis." Once you begin a new treatment, it takes time for the treatment to exert effects on the state of equilibrium your body has been maintaining.

As these changes take place and you pay more attention to how you're feeling, the body gets a chance to fully express symptoms that you may have been suppressing or too busy to notice before. Allowing the healing process to unfold naturally can help in the long-run. 2) A treatment that doesn't work right now may work later. Sometimes when we try a new method for self-care or treatment, we may not be ready to feel better just yet.

The readiness for action has to catch up to our desire to feel better. Going through the motions of "doing the right thing for health" is different from really taking care of yourself. Taking care of yourself takes patience. Sometimes you have to face difficult thoughts or emotions along the way in order to remove obstacles toward better health. Are you ready to feel better? 3) It takes practice to strike a rhythm with your health. Trying something only once, in terms of treatments or healthy living measures, may not be fair to your health.

Achieving anything in life, including health, involves practice, patience, and learning. When you give yourself a chance to practice better health rather than forcing results on yourself, you increase your likelihood of feeling better. 4) Try to stay creative in your health routines. Not all "healthy stuff" has to be cumbersome. T

ry and tailor health care to your preferences, keeping in mind what you enjoy and what might lead to consistency. If a technique hasn't been working, maybe a new and creative spin on it can make a difference. For example, if you're stuck in your same exercise routine, try a new setting or different music. The less it feels like a chore, the higher the chances of you keeping up with it. It's not always about the perfect treatment or technique.

Give yourself a fair shake to make a real connection with your health and your body. That connection will open up doors to health, make your health efforts more effective, and create long-lasting healing.

5 Ways to Lose Belly Fat and Get a Flat Stomach

5 Ways to Lose Belly Fat and Get a Flat Stomach

It doesn't matter if you have a flat stomach or a protruding belly; all of us have belly fat

There is subcutaneous fat, which lies just beneath your skin, and fat that's found far deeper, this is called visceral fat

It is the visceral fat rather than the subcutaneous fat that creates the issues with people, both large and slim. A little visceral fat is needed to cushion your organs. However, if that gets way beyond a little then the person is at risk of developing type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and dementia. Also, the risk of certain cancers increases with the amount of visceral fats in the organs. The more weight you gain, obviously the more fat you'll have.

And fat, when it gets to excess, will tend to move around and attach itself to Organs such as the heart and the liver. To find out the amount of belly fat you have, get a tape and start at your belly button and wrap it right the way round. A healthy ratio waistline for a female is 35 inches or below for a male it is 40 inches or below. It is suggested that it is safer to have a pear shape as a woman rather than an apple. This is because apple shapes tend to have more visceral fat.

1. Ditch the sugar. Studies have shown that when the liver is filled with fructose and sugar, it is FORCED to turn it to fat. So essentially excess sugar makes your liver a fat churning machine, instead of a fat burning one. Studies show that excess sugar over time will increase belly fat and create a fatty liver, which in turn leads to metabolic issues and insulin resistance. And if you're take in those sugars as a beverage, that's even worse. Those fizzy drinks and sweet alcoholic shots will not be registered by the brain in the same way as solid food, so naturally you'll have more. More sweetened beverages more belly fat.

2. Get That Protein. One of the most powerful nutrients when it comes to losing weight is protein. It can cut your appetite by 60% and hike up your metabolism so you can burn more calories. If you truly want to lose weight, then the most effective ways to make that happen is to add protein to your diet. A study in Denmark found that protein, in particular animal protein, was connected to a reduction of belly fat expansion over 5 years. So try to eat more organic eggs, seafood, meats and dairy products, as they tend to be the premium sources of protein. However, if you're finding it difficult taking in more protein a great and simple alternative would be whey Protein.

3. Use Coconut oil. It has been found in studies that cooking with coconut oil reduces belly fat. This is a bit of a turn around because for decades coconut oil has gotten a bad rep, mainly due to its saturated fat. But unlike the long-chain triglycerides (LCTs) - found in foods like cheeses and meats, the medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) found in coconut oil is easily digested. What does this mean for belly fat? Well, MCT is absorbed quickly by the intestines so instead of being stored by the fat cells they will actually bypass them. This mean it's more likely to be burned as energy instead of stored as another jiggly bit.

 4. Best Exercises to Lose Belly Fat and Lose Body Fat. It has been found that high intensity exercises such as aerobics actually helped people lose nearly 3 percent of their belly fat in comparison to cycling on an exercise bike. So it seems that the right type of exercise do have a large influence your stomach line. And when it comes to getting rid of the pouch, high intensity exercises tend to be best exercises to lose belly fat. Heat Up That Belly Fat. If you want to blitz the fat then call in Piperine. It a potent compound found in pepper.

It's great for soothing inflammation and any stomach problems. It has been found that due to piperines ability to fight inflammation it holds back the start of new fat cells, a process named adipogenesis which is directly related to the slimming down the of the waist line. So, go ahead, shake that pepper!

5 Demerits of Organic Herbal Medicines

5 Demerits of Organic Herbal Medicines

The concept of Ayurveda has gained immense popularity in the market.

Studies state that almost 4 million people are treated with the help of herbal medicines, which are readily available in the market.

These medicines are made from different herbs available in the forests. However, there are times when the herbal medicine manufacturers grow herbs and plants that are needed to undertake the concept of Ayurveda; no fertilizers and pesticides are used on such fields due to which they are said to be organic herbal medicines.
Although there are hundreds of merits of organic herbal medicines, there are certain demerits as well, which most of the people are unaware of. Let's see what these demerits are: Unavailability in many locations - I know most of the countries focus on manufacturing and selling natural medicines, but it is quite difficult for some of them to focus on such a concept.

Thus, Ayurvedic medicines are not readily available everywhere, unless someone has the patience to wait for them to be shipped from another location!
Doesn't prove to be effective for several conditions - If you think naturally made medicines are available for all the health related issues or conditions, you are absolutely wrong!

There are many conditions for which herbs can't do anything at all. Thus, dependency on allopathic medicines becomes mandatory.

No dosage instructions - Most of the times, people are unaware of how much of herbal syrup they are supposed to drink or how many tablets they are supposed to eat in a day. Since there are no proper instructions on dosage, herbs don't work for certain people. Herbs can be poisonous - Some of the herbs may not make you feel anything wrong at first, but the wild ones can be like slow poison.

Therefore, it is always nice to consult a good doctor before starting with the concept of Ayurveda in your life. Lack of proper doctors - The worst part is there are many fake doctors out there that smug about their knowledge of herbal medicines. In fact, most of the doctors are not even educated or professionally trained to prescribe any sort of a medicine to the patients.

Yet, there are many people who treat themselves by such individuals because of the kind of experience they possess. No matter how good such people are, they are not trained in such medicines or remedies.

Even though there are a lot of demerits of ayurvedic medicines, I personally believe they work miraculously on some of the health related issues.

My Experience With the Bulletproof Coffee Diet

My Experience With the Bulletproof Coffee Diet

The weight loss method that I have come across today is something called Bullet Proof Coffee.

Bullet proof coffee claims to increase productivity, concentration, creativity and burn fat.

Every so often a weight loss method hits the market and everyone goes crazy over it. The weight loss method that I have come across today is something called Bullet Proof Coffee. Bullet proof coffee was created by Dave Asprey who learned of it from a bunch of Sherpas at 18,000 foot in tibet. If I am totally honest, every time I come across a fad diet I am automatically skeptical. I've been around for long enough to know that when hype words like "toxins"or "fat burners" are used then usually the product is more hype than substance.

Within a few minutes of reading about Bullet proof coffee I had read these hype words multiple times. Bullet proof coffee claims to increase productivity, concentration, creativity and burn fat. Already after reading the above I become more skeptical. Bullet proof coffee is to be used as a meal replacement, so instead of having breakfast you would have a cup of bullet proof coffee. To make a bullet proof coffee you need: Organic Coffee, ½ of grass-fed, unsalted butter 1 tablespoon of MCT oil First blend the butter and the MCT oil together before pouring it into the coffee.

The concept behind the bullet proof coffee is that the unsalted natural butter is full of saturated fat that will sit in your stomach and break down slowly. This supposedly keeps you feeling fuller for longer and along with the coffee you will have a lot of energy. The MCT oil is also supposed to have metabolism boosting properties.
Sounds good, however I found the truth is different from the claims. I replaced my morning breakfast with the bullet proof coffee for 14 days and by the end of it I wanted to eat my normal breakfast. The only good point of taking the bullet proof coffee was that I found it woke me up very quickly. The coffee tasted very strong as the butter did not dilute it much, so if you like strong coffee this would also be a bonus. Other than waking me up which a normal coffee does then I honestly did not find much use for this weight loss method.

For me the bullet proof coffee had many problems. First of all, the butter was supposed to keep me fuller for longer. This claim is absolute rubbish. Bullet proof coffee contains roughly 400 calories. Thats a whole chocolate bar and more. One cup contains around 51 grams of fat, 0 carbs and 1g of protein. Compare that to the nutrients in a normal breakfast and you could be getting up to a 1/3rd less nutrients, and you also feel hungrier.

Another thing that I hated about this weight loss method was that the butter and the coffee would separate and it would look horrible, however this did not affect the taste, and I was pleasantly surprised. Conclusion If I was asked to do the bullet proof coffee diet again I wouldn't as I did not find it useful and in the two weeks my weight stayed roughly the same.
This however was to be expected as I kept my diet roughly the same and at my basal metabolic rate. I did this so I could test if the bullet proof coffee had metabolism boosting effects. It did not, and like everything concerning diet, the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume.

Having said the above, I can see the science behind the method, and I can also see why it would work for some people, however drinking coffee alone will not make you lose weight. You will still need to eat less than your body burns to lose weight. If you're looking to put your body into a state of ketosis to lose weight then this diet may be something you could look at.

I think ultimately you are going to have to decide for yourself, me personally I would rather replace coffee with a cup of oats, a protein shake and some peanut butter. 1 its much cheaper, 2 its tastier and 3 it will keep you feeling fuller and give you a slow release of energy throughout the day. As you can tell from my review I was not much of a fan.

Lose Weight Fast 'N Easy

Lose Weight Fast 'N Easy

Lose The Weight and Feel Great Fast and easy weight loss is what everyone wants.

the following are simple methods to lose weight that are also effective 1. Drink lots of water Drinking water is a must.

A simple glass of water will speed up your metabolism and flush toxins out of your body at the same time. It will help to kerb your appetite and keep you feeling contented for longer, which will help to stop you snacking. So a few glasses of the free stuff will really go a long way to helping you keep the weight down.
A glass before, during and after a meal will really help you cope with smaller portions. A glass of water after a meal will help to clear the taste out of your mouth and will help to stop you craving more. 2. Eat proper portions of the food you love There is no need to try to live on a lettuce leaf alone. You can keep on enjoying most if not all of the foods that you are enjoying at the moment.

Simply swap to lower calorie versions where possible and only enjoy a portion on your plate. As I mentioned earlier, drink water with your favourite food. All you have to do is keep your diet 'Calorie Defficient'. You will soon be shedding the weight if you can do this. 3. Smaller dinner plates are a must It is official, size really does matter! Get rid of the dinner plates and make a wise investment in smaller plates. That way you can still enjoy a plateful of your favourite foods.

A small plate filled with food is more satisfying than a large plate with a the same amount of food on it. Looks really do deceive! 4. Move it, Move it, Move it No need for a physical workout. if you don't want to push yourself at the gym, forget it... All you have to do is make changes in the way you do things in your everyday life. A brisk morning walk can be part of your daily exercise. Or maybe a walk in the evening as well.

There is no reason why you cannot enjoy your weight-loss.If you feel up to it maybe a run around the park or similar. Cycling, dancing, there is a lot that you can do that does not seem like exercise. Yet, it all burns those calories. Just keep moving, moving, moving.

Any Physical activities that get the heart pumping and the body sweating will burn the fat off. The more you sweat the more you are burning. So don't store it burn it! If you believe that you need a lot of motivation to succeed with your diet, join a support group or get your family, friends and co-workers to help motivate you. Just make sure that you keep motivated and keep that end goal of losing weight in sight. Go For It and Shed Those Pounds!

Healing Touch Is More Than a Warm Fuzzy

Healing Touch Is More Than a Warm Fuzzy

How long can you hold your breath?

Chronic disease is always defined by having low (body) voltage.

Although it's been years now, I still vividly recall lying in the post surgery ICU of a top level oncology hospital and craving the loving touch of my family members who kept a "waiting room vigil" only to be allowed to "see me" briefly and infrequently. I was in and out of a coma but I knew one thing for certain. I needed the touch of my loved ones. I now know that my life depended on the electrons their touch could transfer to my body that was nearly depleted of energy due to pharmaceutical intake and isolation from life-giving resources. Modern medicine had nothing for me to eradicate the remaining "spots on lungs and liver". I had to make my body a place where cancer could no longer live. The science is profound but the Word of God gives healing touch credence not obtainable elsewhere.

And, of course, the "science" is God's own design. In this article I want to look at the basis of that power in human touch from a "science perspective" because it is literally a "high voltage" healing mechanism. We are biochemical beings in our body/souls and "modern medicine" is honed in on this chemistry usually to the exclusion of our equally important bioelectrical state of being. We should not wonder that chemical therapy makes us deathly ill... and, oddly, most people don't even stop to think about this issue when they "sign on" for it. Let's look at ways to "recharge the power in our touch" by boosting our own electron balance. Recently, a friend whose adult child has entered the "chemo-therapy/radiation" protocol doctors recommended for post surgery cancer treatment, expressed how disturbed she was at the orders to not hug her daughter because the treatment so weakened her immune system that human contact was "dangerous". I reflected upon the many hours I'd spent in oncology waiting rooms awaiting lab tests and scans during the months directly following my own cancer surgery.

So much fear and anxiety and evidence of treatment "side effects" and just so much dull gray fatigue in the atmosphere! Conversation amongst many of God's stricken beloved, sharing a kindred burden, compared what "the doctors had told them". This "mantra" always included: "stay out of the sunshine"; "eat only cooked foods"; "always wear the surgical mask and avoid human contact", etc. The lack of positive energy in the room was palpable. Later, in my personal research to make my body a place cancer could not live, I learned that quantum science is all about energy and matter. Einstein proved this relationship. Our bodies are "matter" and life is fueled by "energy" at the cellular level. Insights for healthy living abound as we learn the role of our bioelectric aspects-especially electrons. It's undeniable that our brain and nerves function electrically and our hearts beat because of an electrical impulse. Every cell of our bodies, if healthy, generates electrical energy fueling the work the cells do and the work (and play) that we do. We were created with a "healthy voltage" that we can maintain or replenish (or not).

Lifestyle and chemical intake can rob us of this power, thereby forcing us into the chronic "dis-ease state". Electrons (atomic particles in all molecules) are our "ground zero" energy "instruments". Incidentally, electrons are particularly sabotaged by every single part of the "fear based waiting room mantra" I cited earlier. I intend to write more about this subject in the future; however, I wanted to introduce several practical points here. "Chronic disease is always defined by having low (body) voltage. One cannot cure chronic disease without inserting enough electrons to achieve -50mV. One must have the raw materials necessary to make new cells and to eliminate the toxins or infections present that will damage the new cells.

You can take all of the medications you like and do as much surgery as you like, but you will not heal unless you have -50mV (millivolts), raw materials (nutrients) and lack of toxins." (source: Dr. Jerry L. Tennant, M.D. in "Healing is Voltage: The Handbook"). https://youtu.be/X_k1BNenl_c is a link to one of Dr. Tennant's videos that particularly discusses Fulvic Acid as an electron supplier.* (more below) The human body, of course, is mostly water and most of us know water is two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. Turns out that low body voltage causes the oxygen "part" to leave our cells. How long can you hold your breath? Cells can't do without oxygen either-except cancer cells that ferment rather than oxidize nutrients. Pain is a signal of oxygen depletion in body tissue.

What can we do to maintain healthy body voltage level? Electrons, the "stuff" of voltage, naturally flow from areas of high voltage to areas of low voltage. So is health maintenance a matter of bringing more electrons flowing into our bodies and hindering electrons leaving us? It is and doing so involves lifestyle! 1. Touching (like hugging) transfers electrons from one person to another-from the person with higher voltage to the person with lower voltage. Of course this can be part of a "healing touch" and the "healthy person" can replenish donated electrons through lifestyle. SO WE CAN HELP OTHERS HEAL AND REPLENISH OUR OWN ELECTRONS 2. Since our bodies are 70+% water, our water intake is critical (Quantity and Quality).
Drinking acidic water--"tap water", chlorinated water, fluoridated water, most commercially packaged water etc. robs us of electrons rather than providing them. Alcoholic, caffeinated, carbonated, and otherwise processed beverages are "anti-electron" in our metabolism. We get electrons from ionized water (obtained from clean wells or through specialized (and often expensive filters) or other well-filtered water. I use an inexpensive countertop Zero Water filter. 3. Raw organic foods are essential potent electron suppliers. Cooked and processed foods not only do not provide electrons but those that contain chemical additives cause additional electron loss. 4. Exposure to wind and air conditioning stimulates loss of electrons. Thus, fatigue (low energy due to low voltage) is intensified by exposure to wind.

Knowing this, we can purposely replenish our electrons with intermittent breaks to exercise and pray or meditate, which has been proven to recharge our physical/mental battery. 5. Even minimal exposure to natural sunlight daily replenishes electrons in ways we absolutely need and can store (if our cell membranes are healthy). Organic plant based diets (photosynthesis produces photons that attract electron); diets rich in balanced Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids; avoidance of hydrogenated fats (processed oleo and some nut butters); and partaking of the "Budwig flax oil/high sulfur protein protocol" all work because of their electron enriching properties. Cell membranes (brain of the cell) are largely constructed of fatty acids so they need plenty of the right fatty acids. 6. Exercise! Our muscles actually generate electrons when we exercise.

Muscles also store electrons and exercise recharges them. In my own healing from cancer I developed an exercise routing roughly based on Tai Chi. It includes deep breathing as well as smooth low impact movements and takes a very few minutes. 7. Moving water generates absorbable electrons. Thus taking showers rather than baths is a way of replenishing electrons. Filtered showerheads, of course, can help remove the damaging chemicals in tap water. We know our skin absorbs such chemicals so it's well to eliminate these from both water and skin care products. 8. The earth is a powerful electromagnet. Walk on it barefooted; lean against trees and soak in blessed electrons. Let your pets spend time on the ground (that's not sprayed with electron depleting chemicals) so they can carry electrons back to you when you pet them. Get your hands dirty in a garden. God's given us an abundant "battery charger" for good reason. 9. *Fulvic Acid dietary supplementation can supply our bodies with a wealth of energy generating electrons. "Fulvic acid is the absolute smallest particle of this "ancient forest compost" so to speak. "It has all the genetic information, all of the nutrition, all of the antioxidant capacity.

The molecule of fulvic acid has 14 tetra trillion (14 with 21 zeros behind it) electrons it can donate (and neutralize damaging free radicals which are cellular debris left over from cellular metabolism and work). Thus the body can return to carrying a healthy electrical voltage and body cells and tissue work as they are created to do. They have the electricity to operate. High electrical activity kills cancer cells. It balances acidity, delivers oxygen to cells, and balances the chemistry of well over 70% of our bodies. Fulvic acid acts as a delivery system for nutrients as well as "picking up the cellular garbage including heavy metals.

It is high in carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. (source: Dr. Daniel Nuzum, MS., ND. in an interview with Ty Bollinger, author of "The Truth About Cancer" in transcript of "The Quest for the Cures Continues" 2015. Paraphrased.)" https://vimeo.com/111337999 links to a video with Dr. Nuzum explaining Fulvic Acid further. In summary, human touch with healing intent is a powerful healing mechanism. We are generally unaware of this power, but we should no longer feel helpless in supporting loved ones or boosting our own health. I'm hoping the friend I mentioned earlier will don a surgical mask herself and satisfy the yearning to hug or perhaps massage the feet of her suffering child.
She will be providing the healing power of electrons and, thereby, oxygen. She will be helping overcome cancer's needed acidity. We can provide much more than a "warm fuzzy".
